Five Pound Pixel, a creative partnership born from friendship and shared passion, collaborated with Ruddick Productions on a project that playfully commented on the NFT craze. We developed a custom tool to extract cryptocurrency data from exchange APIs, transforming this information into visually stunning artworks. Using various software techniques, we interpreted the data to drive diverse artistic systems, resulting in extensive experimentation and a rich array of visual variations. This approach not only produced captivating artwork but also offered a fresh perspective on the intersection of data, technology, and creativity in the digital age.
